Past reviews talked about the outdoor spigot not working - it truly is still not working. And so the house got plenty of sand in it.

The home is as marketed - nothing fancy to the house but excellent location about the beach. No, the house isn't full of your latest and best furnishings, but had plenty of home for our family of four, was clean, and had everything we needed. I actually appreciated that there wasn't plenty of decorations/other "stuff" that our two small kids could potentially break or ruin.
